REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a transaction and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the transaction of our products. 1. REFUNDS
A. Refund method

The refund will be initiated to your original payment account as per your request

B. Refund process time

Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from MERI DUKAAN side upon the receipt of your package. If you choose an Original Payment Account, the specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account normally takes 2-10 working days after MERI DUKAAN initiates. Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.

2. CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you to cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantities to simplify the transaction.

1. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of the charges, if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before the receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
3. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
4. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and MERI DUKAAN reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason whatsoever.
5. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, MERI DUKAAN reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
6. If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
